Telemecanique, Merlin Gerin and Modicon branded products:
New packaging and product marking changeover
Schneider Electric has introduced a new graphic identity and global brand signature to help us present one unified face to the global marketplace. The new packaging and product markings will more closely align former Telemecanique, including Modicon, and Merlin Gerin products to the visual identity of Schneider Electric and strengthen our position as a one-source solutions provider.
This is a packaging and product marking change only. The only changes are the color design of the boxes and the introduction of the Schneider Electric logomark on the actual product. Carton labeling, product dimensions, lot sizes, weight, batches, UPC codes and catalog numbers will remain the same. Product range brands, i.e. Altivar, will also be retained.
Packaging and products will prominently display Schneider Electric’s logo and signature green color. However, when space allows, reminder Telemecanique and Merlin Merin logos will be retained on both the product carton and product label.

You can expect to see new product markings in the 2nd Quarter of this year. However, this changeover will be transitional and take place over the next 12-18 months. But all Telemecanique, Merlin Gerin and Modicon products will be affected. However, the Modicon brand will be retained on packaging and product expressed as a range name for our PLCs. It is expected that the first products impacted will be Harmony push buttons, Multi9 miniature circuit breakers and Modicon PLCs.
